Our leading legal client, which operates nationwide, is seeking an Employee Litigation Associate to join their Sacramento, CA location/family. If you have substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law, we invite you to apply.

Requirements:

• Must be admitted in California.
• 2-6 years of experience.
• Experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
• Comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting, and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions.
• Have excellent academic credentials.
• Must have strong writing and analytical skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Bonus skills:

• Experience in employment law, yet the client is interested in working with developing talented attorneys who come with excellent skills in any litigation arena.
