• Must have an Associate’s Degree or Equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative & prioritizing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

• Must be resourceful in unfamiliar tasks.
• Understanding of analytical techniques applied to human resource management.
