Tarsa Global is currently hiring for individuals with experience in customer service and sales. We offer a team based culture where employees are expected to have a student mentality and be self-disciplined in managing their own responsibilities. The individuals we are looking to hire have to have high-energy and also be career-minded. We are looking for these individuals to fill a few of our entry level account manager positions in the Inland Empire area.

Taarsa Global is a leader in the consulting industry. Our clients are Fortune 100 and 500 companies who want us to deliver great customer service and sales experiences to their clients. We deliver results and quality customer service experiences for our major clients. We do this by taking care of the existing customer base and providing personal care with new customers. We have been able to double our market share so far this year and are excited to see what else we can do.

The individuals we are looking to bring to the team have to want to grow with our company. We offer a management training program that takes our employees skills to the next level. We are looking for candidates who want to grow professionally and personally into a management position within 10-12 months of being with our firm.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 year or 4 degree or relevant work experience
• Experience with customer service
• Must be able to work as a team or individually
• Must have strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize training
• Experience with speaking to small groups
