This position allows one to gain experience in both E-Commerce, Merchandising & Digital Marketing. Responsibilities:Work with cross functional partners to bring brand initiatives to life onlineSupport new product launches through managing product mapping process and ensure accuracy of product categoriesBuild curated category pages and merchandising to support emails and site contentSupport digital asset collection and managementAssist in remerchandising of category pages on a weekly utilizing sales performanceEnsure updates are accurately executed on desktop and mobile through weekly site audits and QAAssist in pulling and recapping weekly business analysisMonitor the competitive landscape to present insights that identify opportunities for new initiatives that positively impact salesSupport additional projects as needed Assist to ensure that the loyalty program and all loyalty efforts are set up to drive increased customer engagement and improved customer retention and purchase frequencyRequirements:Merchandising, Marketing or Business Analysis major preferredCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited universityStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracySome knowledge/basic understanding of retail mathProven ability to work collaboratively with multiple team membersStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenEagerness to learn in a dynamic fast paced organizationExperience in professional work environmentDetail oriented with strong organization and multi-tasking skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point** paid internship
