We are seeking a dynamic Task Force General Manager to lead hotel operations with a focus on team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. The position requires living on-site during assignments and frequent travel to support various hotel locations within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, an effective communicator, and a strong team builder who aligns with the company’s values and commitment to excellence. This position requires 24-hour availability, living on property during the assignment, and frequent travel. Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage property budgets, financial records, and revenue optimization strategies. • Facilitate regular staff meetings, trainings, and department check-ins to build team alignment and operational consistency. • Coordinate property maintenance, events, room bookings, and compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff while managing performance in alignment with company policies and legal standards. • Ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction by being present, responsive, and solution-oriented. Qualifications: • Business-savvy with a strong understanding of budget management, cost control, and strategic alignment in a fast-changing environment. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, project coordination, and workflow design. • Strong leadership and team management experience with a hands-on, adaptable approach. • Technically competent and eager to continue learning and sharing knowledge. • Brand Experience, including Marriott, Hilton, and IHG • Food & Beverage experience preferred Compensation: $70,000+
