    We are seeking a Task Order Project Manager (Key Personnel) to oversee a large, complex task order or group of related task orders. The selected candidate will work closely with the Program Manager to coordinate with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level managers, and other government and customer representatives. This role is responsible for managing the technical execution, staffing, and timely delivery of all contract requirements under assigned task order(s).

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the management and execution of complex task orders in alignment with contract requirements.
    • Assist the Program Manager in liaising with the KO, Task Order Managers, and government/customer stakeholders.
    • Oversee the implementation of technical solutions and task schedules to ensure timely delivery.
    • Ensure effective communication and coordination across all task order personnel.
    • Support the overall program with reporting, risk mitigation, and performance tracking.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree (or an additional four years of related experience in lieu of degree).
    • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent from a nationally recognized authority).
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project or task order management.
    • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibility in the public and/or private sector within IT and/or consulting fields.
    • Active DoD Secret clearance
    • Possession of an IT-II security clearance or a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at the time of proposal submission.
    • Certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
