Our sales associates are known as Tea Consultants. As a Tea Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service, introducing new customers to the world of loose leaf tea, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile wanting to return again! Responsibilities

• Provide the outstanding Taste Of Tea customer experience and deliver exceptional customer service
• Educate customers about the world of tea, Taste Of Tea blends, products, and accessories
• Learning about new teas and techniques
• Actively work to increase customer traffic and reach sales goals through handing out samples and participating in community initiatives
• Maintain store aesthetic by cleaning, stocking, organizing, and following merchandising plans
• Introduce customers to our Tea Rewards program
• Willingness to learn everything about tea, accessories, various products we offer
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company information, launches, and sales campaigns
• Mall and In-Store Discounts

Qualifications

• Previous Retail Experience (Preferred)
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Previous Tea knowledge (Preferred)
• Customer service experience (Preferred)
