Community Marketing and Outreach Manager

Tasty Table Catering is a full-service catering company that provides catering service for all occasions, with 3 classification of services; Corporate Drop Off Catering, Full Service Private/Residential Catering and Wedding Catering.  The company is a 7-day week operations, working when others don’t. Role Overview Tasty Table is looking for a Community Marketing and Outreach Manager who can become an integral part of our organization and grow with our company. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, passionate and solution driven.  This role will work to raise awareness of our Tasty Table offerings within the community - elevating brand awareness of our service to the corporate, educational, event/meeting planner and venue verticals.

  Role Responsibilities  

• Develop a marketing strategy for your target area
• Identify decision makers at Private Schools (Alumni Director, Special Events, etc.), Event/Meeting Planners and Venue Managers
• Build and Maintain an influential network of decision makers
• Identify client “fundraisers” that we participate in with an offer for “free private catering for 20 guests” to increase brand awareness in that organization
• Identify and execute marketing and advertising opportunities (where allowed)
• Build and maintain an influential network of decision makers in your targeted verticals revenue streams.
• Create a personalized experience for all clients and assist sales reps with client
• Assist with social media presence and other task related to digital media
• Attend external outreach, networking, and vendor fair events

Role Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in marketing and outreach.
• Prior experience cold calling or as Brand Ambassador
• Proven organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
• Efficacy with technology
• Ability to travel to events and locations
• Flexible schedule
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Candidate must be a self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
