LOS ANGELES BASED LAW FIRM SEEKING PART-TIME MARKETING ASSISTANT (REMOTE)

We are looking for a part-time internet and social media savvy Marketing Assistant to oversee the internet marketing related tasks for our civil litigation law firm. This is an entry level position, and some training will be provided. It is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate with some experience in internet and social media marketing. A successful Marketing Assistant must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, be creative, and have some experience in managing a marketing campaign. The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the firm add the highest value to its business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as liaison between SEO Consultant and Web Design Consultant

• Create social media and blog posts

• Other marketing duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong writing and proofreading skills (Required)

• Experience on social media sites such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Google+(Required)

• Prior experience with blogs or WordPress is a plus (Required)

• Knowledge of HTML, web design or programming languages (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Communications (Preferred)

• Entry level experience in marketing, business development, and/or communications (Preferred)

• Marketing experience for a law firm or other professional services (Preferred)

• Understanding of U.S. litigation terminology and framework (Preferred)

SALARY

• Commensurate with the candidate’s experience
