This is a full-time on-site role as a Ground Up Superintendent. Immediate opening in the Tarrant/Parker County Area. The ground-up superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors, coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The role is located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. If you like seeing a project through to completion, we might have the role for you. Responsibilities: • Review subcontractor output concerning schedules and success targets to ensure that the project is on track to be completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards required • Certify that each building project delivers a high-quality end product, oversee construction staff, and perform on-site assessments daily • Require complete adherence to health and safety regulations on construction sites to avoid accidents and delays, and report any problems to the project manager as soon as possible Qualifications: • Possesses a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methods • Current general contractor license • 5 years of prior experience as a general contractor is required for this position; additional management experience preferred • Completed training for OSHA 30 license and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-site • Physical stamina to lift at least 40 lbs and use heavy equipment Compensation: $90,000+ DOE
