As the only restaurant located along the canal-front in The Venetian® and The Palazzo®, Cañonita offers guests a unique opportunity to experience the sights and sounds of the Grand Canal with waterfront views of the resort’s famous singing gondoliers.

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly (commensurate with experience)

DISHWASHER EXPERIENCE:

• 1-year previous experience
• Dependable
• Good sense of urgency
• Flexible availability

LINE + PREP COOK EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years of experience minimum in a high volume restaurant (Latin cuisine a plus)
• Basic Knife handling
• Food safety knowledge
• Staff training and motivation
• Full availability
• Number of employees this position will manage - less than 5
