Support staff roles such as Hosts, Bussers, and Expeditors possess a keen eye for the details, are able to work at a fast pace, and remain calm under pressure. Hosts are often the first point of contact, bussers ensure a spotless table is waiting, and expeditors will focus on the fine details of the dishes, making sure that each plate is on point when it is served.
