Sous Chefs Tavolata in Boise Idaho Later this year, we'll open the doors at Tavolàta in Downtown Boise, located in The Lucy Apartment Building across from The Basque Block. We're excited to welcome our new neighbors and the bustling Boise community for our delicious house-made pasta, craft cocktails, and of course, our famous Happy Hour. Our Sous Chef are trained to work all stations and have excellent knife skills. We prepare delicious food which is the highlight of the exceptional dining experiences ESR is known for. Qualifications
Thorough understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, procedures.
Emphasis on accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
Strong problem solving skills and adaptability in the moment.
Ability to learn the POS and other necessary computer functions.
Comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices.
Current Food Handler Card.
Culinary degree strongly preferred.
