Position: Tax Analyst – Corporate Accounts Payable
Location(s): Riverside, RI & Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Contract: ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) – 9/23/2026
Pay Range: $25.00 – $28.34 hourly, paid weekly.
Position Overview:
Corporate Accounts Payable (CAP) is a global operations function supporting 42 countries. This role sits within the Global Indirect Tax team, which encompasses Business Personal Property, U.S. Sales & Use Tax, and U.S. Information Reporting and Withholding.
The position partners closely with Global Compliance and Risk teams, Tax specialists across the Bank, and stakeholders within Corporate Accounts Payable to ensure effective integration with payee setup and invoicing teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving tax compliance and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working with tax and financial data. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support process improvement initiatives, and ensure day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operations run smoothly.
