    Salah Financial | St. Louis, Missouri | Full-Time | In-Office Role Salah Financial is an expanding tax, accounting, and advisory firm serving thousands of business owners and families nationwide since 1995. We are seeking a CPA or EA who can prepare individual and business tax returns and wants to grow beyond compliance into business advisory. Your primary responsibility will be tax preparation and planning. We will provide the framework, training, and team support needed to develop your advisory capabilities. This is an in-office role with hybrid potential. Responsibilities: Prepare individual, corporate, S corporation, and partnership tax returns. Prepare tax projections, estimates, extensions, and planning deliverables. Identify tax issues, risks, and planning opportunities. Research and document tax positions. Communicate with clients to obtain information and explain tax matters clearly. Support our advisory team through financial analysis, forecasting, meeting preparation, and client follow-up. Help translate financial and tax information into practical recommendations. Take ownership of assignments, deadlines, quality, and follow-through. Results First 90 Days Learn the firm’s tax, advisory, and client-service processes. Prepare assigned returns accurately and on time with appropriate reviewer support. Begin supporting tax planning engagements. First 12 Months Independently manage an assigned tax workload. Meet established standards for productivity, accuracy, and responsiveness. Contribute meaningfully to assigned Built for Profit clients. Grow into greater client-facing tax-planning and advisory responsibility. Expand the firm’s capacity to deliver excellent tax and advisory services. Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation of $100,000 - $125,000 , based on experience. Qualifications: Must Have Active CPA or EA license. 5 or more years of relevant tax experience. Experience preparing individual and at least one major type of business return. Working knowledge of financial statements and business accounting. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Professional judgment, integrity, and personal accountability. Desire to develop broader tax-planning and business-advisory capabilities. Preferred Experience with multiple business return types. QuickBooks Online experience. Exposure to tax planning, forecasting, or client advisory. Experience serving closely held businesses or real estate investors. Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 yearly
