We guide our virtual clients through a proven process to help them create a tax-optimized plan of action to get from where they are now (financially) to financial freedom within a specified timeframe using cutting-edge tax AI tools to assist us in delivering top notch results.

We're looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial Tax Advisor and CPA to help us continue growing smoothly by building and managing successful multi-generational relationships with our ideal clients.

Tax Advisor Responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage a book of clients running strategy and advisory meetings on a quarterly basis, educating clients on different tax scenarios, providing proactive planning advice and advanced strategies, and working with clients to qualify them for strategies and minimize liability based on their goals, objectives, and risk tolerance. Client base includes a mix of individuals, businesses, and organizations.

You will also be reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, and conducting tax research to stay updated on tax law changes. All of this is achieved through the use of cutting edge AI tools, which enhance tax analysis and advisory service offerings, ensuring efficient and accurate client solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or EA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5+ years of experience in tax advisory or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in UltraTax software and Microsoft Office Suite with Co-Pilot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
