Responsibilities: • Strategic Advisory : Guide clients year-round with planning, cash flow strategy, and entity structuring • Tax Oversight : Review complex business and individual tax returns • Client Growth : Identify tax-saving opportunities and present ideas that support business expansion • Team Leadership : Mentor staff, provide technical guidance, and help nurture our collaborative culture • Innovation & Improvement: Champion smarter processes, explore AI tools, and shape how we deliver Qualifications: Must-Haves: • CPA or EA designation • 6+ years of public accounting experience • Clear communicator who builds trust and drives value • Strategic thinker with a proactive, client-first mindset • Comfortable working independently, yet thrives in a team Bonus Points For: • Experience with CCH ProSystem fx or Axcess (not required) • Interest in tech-forward tools like AI, large language models, or workflow automation • Familiarity with SMB clients and the unique challenges they face Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 yearly
