On behalf of our client, a leading tax law firm, New Gig Solutions is seeking a Tax Controversy Attorney to join a dedicated and innovative team. What You’ll Do

• Manage a diverse caseload of up to 160 tax controversy clients, delivering expert legal representation.

• Collaborate closely with Enrolled Agents and Legal Assistants to streamline workflow and maximize productivity.

• Respond to client inquiries promptly, ensuring superior communication within one business day.

• Consistently meet deadlines, uphold commitments, and maintain a high standard of client service.

• Achieve annual billing and collection targets of 1,500 hours, supported by a dedicated Billing Specialist.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in tax controversy and dispute resolution.

• Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation.

• Active licenses in New Jersey and the United States Tax Court (additional state licenses are a plus).

• Strong technical skills and comfort with modern practice management tools.

• Energetic, team-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.
