We offer a competitive salary of $135,000 to $165,000, dependent on experience, along with flexible work arrangements and opportunities for continuous development. Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor tax staff, fostering growth and accountability • Manage client relationships with professionalism and responsiveness • Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates • Advise on high-net-worth tax planning strategies, including Roth conversions, entity structuring, and estate planning • Conduct tax research and provide written analysis on complex issues • Represent clients before the IRS and state departments of revenue • Review partnership agreements and analyze pass-through entity structures • Prepare tax projections and guide clients proactively throughout the year Qualifications: • CPA license (active), Washington • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting • 5+ years of experience in public accounting or a hybrid of public and industry • Proven leadership in team management, staff training, and client engagement • Expertise in high-net-worth individual returns, closely-held businesses, and multi-entity structures • Experience with estate and gift tax returns (706/709), FBAR compliance, and complex investment portfolios • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in UltraTax CS, Sure Prep, SafeSend, and Microsoft 365 tools (Planner, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) • Bonus: Law degree or Master of Laws in Taxation Compensation: $135,000 - $165,000 yearly
