About the Opportunity: We’re seeking a Tax Manager with deep Estate & Trust expertise to join our growing Bay Area practice.

***REMOTE or Hybrid (CA-Only)*** The role is open to REMOTE candidates within California, or hybrid-flex for local Bay Area professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, delivering high-quality, timely tax services for a portfolio of HNW individuals, families, and trusts.
• Strategize and implement effective estate and trust planning solutions while fostering long-term client relationships.
• Oversee review and management of complex tax returns while ensuring compliance and identifying planning opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments and with clients directly to drive forward-thinking, holistic tax strategies.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active California CPA license – REQUIRED
• 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on Estate & Trust taxation
• Strong experience in Estate, Trusts, HNW, Individuals
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and team development experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills

What We Offer

• $125,000–$185,000/year base salary (DOE)
• Bi-Annual Bonuses – Highly lucrative ($20K–$25K+ at Manager level)
• A hybrid flex schedule for Bay Area candidates only
• Remote option for California-based candidates only
