A top locally owned CPA and advisory services firm in Kansas City, MO has engaged with us to find a Tax Manager with experience in various business entities and high net worth clients.

Pay and Benefits of the Role:

• $120,000-$150,000 annually

Responsibilities and Duties for the Role:

• Bachelors in accounting, (or equivalent, Business with accounting focus, econ, finance)
• 5-8+ years of accounting experience in a firm / wealth management / public accounting / CPA firm environment
• CPA license is a big plus, but NOT required EA is also a plus, with 5-7 or more years of tax prep and review work and or working towards the CPA license / eligible is ideal
• Prep and Review experience with C-Corps, S-Corps, Trusts and Partnerships, as well as tax return work with high net worth individuals
• Knowledgeable with IRS regulations and rules to ensure all compliance is met
• Excellent experience with various tax software programs, CCH. Thompson Reuters, Ultra Tax, or other major software program
