As our firm continues to grow, we’re looking for a Tax Manager who’s ready to bring fresh ideas, collaborate with a dynamic team, and deliver exceptional value to clients. Responsibilities: • Advise clients beyond tax prep—help them plan, strategize, and grow. • Review and guide tax returns for businesses, individuals, and trusts. • Lead and mentor a team, providing coaching and technical support. • Develop and execute tax strategies that add measurable client value. • Build strong, trust-based relationships as a long-term advisor. • Contribute ideas, explore new tools, and shape the future of the firm. Qualifications: • CPA or EA certification. • 7+ years of public accounting experience (or equivalent) of tax preparation progressing to return reviews for small businesses and their owners. • Strong knowledge of business and personal tax, including U.S. and SALT. • A proactive mindset and passion for client service. • Familiarity with CCH ProSystem Fx or Axcess (preferred, not required). • Interest in using AI and large language models (LLMs) for research projects and to help develop client-facing training programs. Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000
