    The Role:
    We're seeking experienced Tax Managers who are ready to step into a leadership role—managing client relationships, reviewing complex returns, supervising staff, and driving strategic tax planning. This is an opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including closely held businesses, partnerships, S corporations, trusts, and individuals.

    • Hiring Now: Tax Managers
    • Locations: Walnut Creek, CA | Reno, NV | New York, NY
    • Hybrid-Schedule: 2-3 days max in office

    Must-Have Qualifications:

    • An active CPA license is required
    • 6+ years of recent public accounting experience
    • At least 2 years in a Manager or supervisory role
    • Strong expertise in federal and multi-state tax compliance and planning
    • Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet deadlines
    • Familiarity with tax software such as CCH Axcess or similar platforms

    Nice-to-Have Experience:

    • Experience in real estate, Private Equity, VCs, and high-net-worth clients
    • Interest in mentoring and developing junior staff

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary Range: $125-165,000 (DOE - Flexible pending exp)
