Due to continued organic growth, we are seeking an experienced CPA with a strong background in tax preparation and review within a public accounting environment. Qualifications
CPA license required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of recent public accounting tax experience, including preparation and review.
Proven experience reviewing and preparing a wide range of tax returns.
Strong professional presence with demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Highly motivated, proactive, and positive, with the ability to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with technology, including Excel and QuickBooks.
Responsibilities
Review and prepare 1065, 1120S, 1040, and 1041 tax returns.
Prepare tax estimates and projections for clients.
Analyze and apply complex tax concepts to client situations and transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional client service.
Assume full responsibility for supervising engagements and special projects in accordance with firm policies, requiring minimal supervision.
Contribute to the firm’s practice development initiatives, including identifying and expanding service opportunities for clients.
