Title: Tax Partner
Location: Burbank, CA (Fully Onsite)
Compensation: Up to $210,000 base DOE + Bonus + Equity

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee tax strategy, planning, and compliance for financial institutions, credit unions, and related clients
• Partner with firm leadership on key decisions and growth initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships built on trust and expertise

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience within public accounting
• CPA required
• Experience with financial institutions, credit unions, or related entities preferred
• Proven leadership and client advisory skills
