Job Description
The Tax Preparation & Planning Associate prepares individual income tax returns (Form 1040, 1065 and 1120) and performs light bookkeeping duties based on client needs. The role supports tax planning engagements by gathering financial data, preparing calculations, and assisting with the implementation of approved strategies. Ongoing training in tax planning is provided, while all advisory recommendations and final reviews remain under the authority of the Lead Tax Strategist.
