Tax Resolution Group LLC is growing, and we’re adding experienced tax preparers to our in-office team in Huntington Beach.

This role is for someone who already knows their way around individual and/or business tax returns, works well with clients, and wants long-term growth inside a stable, expanding firm.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and file individual and business tax returns accurately and on time
• Review client documents including income, expenses, and supporting records
• Apply federal, state, and local tax rules to determine proper reporting and deductions
• Enter and track return progress in tax software and internal systems
• Communicate with clients to resolve missing items or questions
• Assist with extensions, IRS notices, and agency correspondence
• Coordinate with the Tax Manager on open items and deadlines
• Act as a point of contact between clients and tax agencies when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience preparing individual and/or business tax returns
• EA or CPA preferred, or willingness to obtain licensing within one year
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work through busy tax seasons
• Comfortable working directly with clients, including stressed or time-sensitive situations
• Solid computer skills and working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Clear, professional communication skills
