    What You'll Do

    • Prepare individual and business tax returns with accuracy and efficiency
    • Review documentation and guide clients through the preparation process
    • Ensure timely filings and maintain compliance with current tax regulations
    • Ask the right fact-finding questions to uncover complete and accurate information
    • Handle amended returns as needed and support resolution-ready files
    • Earn up to $800 in monthly bonuses based on performance

    What We're Looking For

    • Active CTEC and PTIN (required)
    • 2+ years of tax preparation experience
    • Experience with business returns (preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of Schedules A, B, C, D and amendments
    • Familiarity with PRO-Series tax software
    • Detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills
    • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
    • Comfortable working with tax software and computer systems

    Location & Schedule

    • In-office position: Irvine, CA
    • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
