    TAX MANAGER

    NW Staffing Resources is proud to partner with a well-established Certified Public Accounting firm in Yamhill County to find an experienced Tax Manager for a direct hire opportunity.     LOCATION: Yamhill County, OR (Onsite)
    SALARY : $130k+/yr. DOE
    SCHEDULE: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Busy season: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Flexible hours available

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and oversee diverse client tax engagements
    • Review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust returns
    • Address multi-state filings, ownership changes, asset and stock sales, and other complexities
    • Conduct tax research and communicate findings with clients and team members
    • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff while maintaining high service standards
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, professional communication

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • 5+ years of recent public accounting experience, including managing and mentoring a tax team
    • CPA license, EA, or LTC certification (required)
    • Extensive experience preparing and reviewing complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Lacerte and QuickBooks is a plus

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • General office duties in a professional, temperature-controlled environment

    • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
