We are a boutique CPA firm in Henderson, NV, serving high-value clients with exceptional service, deep expertise, and a focus on complex tax matters. Our partners are highly engaged in client relationships and actively support professional growth.

    ** As a Tax Associate, you will:**

    • Prepare individual and business tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality over quantity
    • Support bookkeeping and other accounting tasks alongside direct tax prep
    • Engage with clients (phone, email, in-person) on tax matters, questions, and service issues
    • Work under the guidance of experienced CPAs, gaining exposure to advanced tax topics
    • Assist with process improvements and collaborate with peers in a flexible, supportive environment

    ** Who We’re Seeking:**

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting strongly preferred, but not required with applicable experience
    • Strong technical skills and a genuine interest in tax and accounting
    • Excellent communication and client-service mindset
    • Eager to learn, grow, and tackle new challenges
    • Able to work in-office at our Henderson location (not remote)
    • Organized and detail-oriented; enjoys working on more complex issues
    • Experience preparing 1040, 1120(s), 1065, 1041 using professional tax and accounting software
