Chandler, AZ | In-Office Role

Guardian Tax is looking for driven, money-motivated professionals to join our high-performance inside team. You'll work directly with individuals who are reaching out for help with IRS and tax debt challenges—no cold calling, no prospecting, and no lead chasing.

This role is built for strong communicators who can build trust quickly, guide conversations, and close with confidence.

Your Day-to-Day

• Answer live calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
• Run structured, consultative conversations to understand their situation
• Clearly present available resolution options
• Build rapport quickly and maintain control of the call
• Drive conversations toward a successful close

Compensation & Benefits

• 100% incoming call flow (no cold outreach)
• 15% commission on all revenue generated

• Top performers: $15,000–$24,000+ per month

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
• In-office position (Chandler, AZ)
