What You'll Do:

• Take high-volume inbound calls from clients who need tax relief.

• Run consult → qualify → close with confidence.

• Deliver solutions that make real impact while stacking your income.

• Hit your number and compete on a leaderboard that resets monthly.

Who We're Looking For:

• Documented closers—top 5–10% performers who can prove results.

• Hungry competitors who won't settle for average.

• Confident communicators who control conversations and close fast.

• Coachable pros who thrive on performance-driven culture.

• Must be able to work in-office at Irvine, CA.

The Details:
Location: Irvine, CA (in-office only).
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM + one half-day Saturday/month.
Compensation: Base + 15% commissions on closed deals + daily, weekly, monthly bonuses.
