What You'll Do:

• Run consultative sales calls with warm inbound leads (no cold calling).

• Build rapport, diagnose needs, and present tax relief solutions that close.

• Hit your numbers, exceed them, and celebrate on a floor that wins together.

• Collaborate with Case Managers and Enrolled Agents to ensure long-term client success.

Who We're Looking For:

• Closers with receipts—top-20%, Presidents Club, or proven quota crushers.

• Hungry competitors who love feedback and want to be #1.

• Confident communicators who balance empathy with control.

• Consistent performers with resilience and drive.

• Able to reliably commute to our Irvine office (in-office only).

• Mortgage / Loans / Collections

• Auto Sales (Consultants, Internet Sales)

• Solar / Door-to-Door Sales

• Medical / Pharma Sales

• B2B / SaaS

• Home Services Sales (Roofing, Pest Control, etc.)

The Details:
Location: Irvine, CA (in-office only).
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
Compensation: 15% commissions on closed deals + daily, weekly, monthly bonuses (six-figure potential).
