    What You'll Do

    • Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
    • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
    • Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover needs
    • Overcome objections and close deals effectively
    • Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
    • Meet and exceed individual sales goals

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Paid training + 15% commission on all closed deals
    • Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000
    • Top performers earn $15,000+ per month

    What We're Looking For

    • Minimum 1–2 years of phone sales experience
    • Strong closing and objection-handling skills
    • Excellent verbal communication abilities
    • Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
    • Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales setting

    Location & Schedule

    Location: Chandler, AZ (In Office)

    Schedule:

    • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • One half-day Saturday per month
