The Role – What You'll Do

• Run phone-first, consultative sales: discover needs, educate, and guide clients into the right tax relief program

• Work all inbound leads (no cold calling, ever) using our proven 3-step process

• Drive activity and results in a high-energy office with live coaching and leadership support

• Partner with Case Managers & Enrolled Agents to ensure seamless client handoffs and long-term success

✔ Proven closers with a track record (Presidents Club, top 20%, or consistent quota crusher—bring receipts)
✔ Coachable competitors who take feedback, adjust fast, and climb the board
