    Tax Relief Sales Consultant

    Guardian Tax is hiring experienced sales professionals to join our high-volume inbound sales team. This is a phone-based sales role where clients are already reaching out for help with IRS debt and tax-related issues — no cold calling, no prospecting, and no chasing leads.

    We're looking for salespeople who are confident on the phone, comfortable handling objections, and motivated by performance-based income. If you know how to manage conversations, build urgency, and close consistently in a fast-paced environment, this role offers strong earning potential with a steady flow of inbound opportunities.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • 15% uncapped commission structure
    • Average earnings: $7,000–$13,000/month

    Work Environment

    Schedule

    • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • One half-day Saturday per month
    • In-office role in Irvine

    Requirements

    • Minimum 6 months of phone-based sales experience
    • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
    • Ability to build rapport and guide conversations confidently
    • Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
    • Competitive mindset with consistent effort and reliability
