    Tax Relief Sales Representative – Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA

    Guardian Tax is hiring driven sales professionals to work directly with individuals seeking help resolving IRS and tax debt challenges. Every call comes from an inbound lead with intent, giving you the opportunity to focus on understanding each client's situation, presenting tailored solutions, and closing business in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.

    This role is ideal for confident communicators who can manage conversations effectively, handle objections, and consistently perform in a results-driven setting where income is directly tied to performance.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • 15% commission on closed deals
    • Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000
    • Top performers earning $15,000–$24,000+ per month

    Daily Responsibilities

    • Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
    • Evaluate client needs and financial situations
    • Present clear, customized resolution options
    • Handle objections and guide conversations toward resolution
    • Maintain consistent call activity and follow-up discipline
    • Close deals through a structured sales process

    Schedule

    • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
    • One half-day Saturday per month

    Requirements

    • Minimum 6 months of phone-based sales experience
    • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
    • Ability to build trust and guide conversations effectively
    • Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
    • Competitive, consistent, and goal-oriented mindset
