What You'll Do

• Take inbound calls from clients actively seeking tax relief

• Lead consultative conversations: consult → qualify → close

• Educate clients, overcome objections, and confidently close deals

• Hit performance targets and stack commissions

• Compete daily on a sales floor that rewards results

Who We're Looking For

• Proven producers (W-2s, 1099s, or leaderboard screenshots welcome)

• Strong phone presence with the ability to build trust quickly

• Competitive, coachable, and hungry to win

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume sales environments

The Details

Location: Irvine, CA (in-office only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + one half-day Saturday per month
