About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager/SR. Manager or current Tax Director to join our growing team as a tax leader within the firm.

• This is a unique Partner-Fast-Track opportunity within the next 12-36 months DOE and qualifications. We're looking to train, mentor, and support a current Tax Manager/Director who is motivated to get to Partner.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of public accounting exp.
• CPA is required (active)
• MSA or MST is preferred/huge plus
• Generalists: HNW, Individuals, Partnerships, S/C-Corps, Pass-Throughs
• Tax Manager/SR. Manager or Director experience, min. 2+ Years in a Manager role, leading teams, reviews, clients, driving firmwide initiatives, etc.
• Expert technical knowledge, skills, review, and leadership exp. in a Manager or Direct level role.
• Big Plus: Business Development, marketing, and firmwide leadership exp. *Required for Director-level position
