    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
    • Adjust financial statements to prepare accurate tax returns.
    • Conduct research on tax issues and stay updated on legislation.
    • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and international tax jurisdictions.
    • Participate in tax planning and research initiatives.
    • Build and maintain relationships with client management teams.
    • Actively communicate with leadership to meet expectations, ensure client satisfaction, and adhere to deadlines.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation; Master’s degree in Taxation is a plus.
    • Must have CPA license or eligibility to take the CPA exam.
    • Proficiency in tax preparation software and applications.
    • Strong analytical and technical skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Motivated to meet deadlines and deliver superior client service.
    • A collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills.

    What We Offer:
