This position is ideal for someone currently at a larger accounting firm who wants to transition into a more entrepreneurial, independent setting with a path to partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex tax engagements for individuals, trusts, and closely held businesses

• Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients

• Supervise and mentor junior team members

• Participate in strategic firm growth and business development initiatives

• Collaborate directly with partners on firm leadership and client strategy

Qualifications:

• CPA required

• 10–20 years of experience in public accounting tax

• Strong technical background in Private Client Services, individual and business taxation

• Proven leadership and staff management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
