Overview:
We are a growing national CPA firm seeking a Tax Senior Manager with deep expertise in flow-through entities (S corporations and partnerships). This is a remote, U.S.-based, principal-track opportunity offering significant advancement potential, leadership responsibility, and a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse client portfolio (S corps and partnerships) across industries including technology, manufacturing, professional services, and more
Deliver strategic tax planning, consulting, and compliance services
Conduct in-depth tax research on federal and multi-state issues, including non-resident withholding and composite filings
Communicate proactively with clients and deliver exceptional service
Collaborate with firm leadership on client management and business development
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff across multiple engagements
Qualifications:
Active CPA license required
Minimum 10 years of tax experience with strong knowledge of partnership allocations and capital account maintenance
Demonstrated experience with tax preparation, compliance, and tax research
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team development skills
