REMOTE (WFH) CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

POSITIONS START ON MARCH 8TH!!

HIRING IMMEDIATELY- AUGUSTA AREA RESIDENTS!!! 50 OPENINGS TO START PAID TRAINING ON MARCH 8TH. ALL POSITIONS ARE WORK FROM HOME AND ALL COMPUTER EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED. THESE POSITIONS WILL LAST THROUGH APRIL 15TH (OR LONGER) AND AVERAGE 30-40 HOURS PER WEEK WITH OVERTIME AVAILABLE!!!

TAXSLAYER IS FORTUNATE TO HAVE A VERY BUSY TAX SEASON UNDERWAY, SO WE ARE ADDING TO OUR ARMY OF SUPPORT SPECIALISTS TO FINISH OUT THIS TAX SEASON STRONG! WE WILL CONTACT TOP CANDIDATES FOR INTERVIEWS IMMEDIATELY!!!

START IMMEDIATELY

IF SELECTED, MUST BE AVAILABLE TO BEGIN WORK ON MONDAY, MARCH 8TH. TRAINING WILL BE A VIRTUAL, INSTRUCTOR LED TRAINING FROM 9AM TO 5PM THROUGH FRIDAY AND 100% ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED.

WORK FROM HOME

You will work from home to assist our Customers with phone and email questions. YOU MUST HAVE HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION IN YOUR HOME, ALONG WITH A DESIGNATED WORKSPACE FREE FROM INTERRUPTIONS.

LOCATION

We are currently hiring only candidates who live in the commutable Augusta, GA area. You will be scheduled to pick up your computer equipment from our downtown Augusta office as soon as March 5th .

FULL TIME HOURS

We are looking for individuals who are available to work weekdays between 9am and 9pm (some later hours near April 15th), and alternating weekends. Saturday hours between 9am to 5pm and Sundays between Noon and 5pm.

DEPENDABLE WORKERS ONLY PLEASE. We need available workers who should expect 30-50 hours per week, depending on business need. WE DO NOT HAVE EVENING OR WEEKEND ONLY SHIFTS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

SEASONAL POSITION

These positions are expected to run through April 15th, and possibly longer. We need team players to stay through the end of tax season.

*All employees must successfully complete hiring and onboarding process. Acceptable background check report is required for employment.

NECESSARY SKILLS

Basic to advanced knowledge of taxes/accounting is preferred. (Preparing your own taxes counts!!) Must have excellent communication and computer skills. Must be an effective problem solver, and eager to assist customers with questions regarding the use of our awesome TaxSlayer software. This is a fast paced position!

PAY

Positions start at $13.00 per hour, with overtime pay as needed.
