We are looking for someone who can answer inbound and outbound phone calls. Your role will entail: scheduling appointments, answering basic questions, and taking messages.

Tasks:

• phone calls to current clients and prospective clients.

• Review Information on Files

• Detail Oriented

• Follow up with Clients and Businesses

• Perform duties with a high level of Customer Service

Preference But not Requirements: Someone with banking, tax preparation, and EIC experience. Enjoy sales.
