Taxi Dispatcher

zTrip is looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Taxi Dispatcher to support our daily transportation operations. In this role, you’ll manage real‑time dispatch activities while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll serve as a key link between drivers, passengers, and the operations team to ensure safe, efficient, and on‑time taxi service.

What You’ll Do as a Taxi Dispatcher:

• Dispatch and coordinate taxi drivers based on trip demand, schedules, and vehicle availability
• Monitor active trips and quickly resolve routing, service, or customer issues
• Communicate trip details, updates, and instructions clearly to drivers
• Answer incoming calls from customers and drivers, addressing questions and concerns professionally
• Document trips, dispatch activity, and customer interactions accurately
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to maintain service quality and efficiency

What You’ll Bring to the Role as a Taxi Dispatcher:

• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, transportation, or logistics (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution‑focused in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with dispatch, scheduling, or fleet management software (a plus)
• Valid driver’s license
