zTrip is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Taxi Dispatcher to support daily operations and help ensure efficient, on-time service across our transportation network. In this role, you’ll coordinate driver activity, monitor trips in real time, and act as a vital communication link between drivers, customers, and the operations team.

What You’ll Do as a Taxi Dispatcher:

As a Taxi Dispatcher, you will:

• Assign drivers based on trip demand, schedules, and availability
• Monitor active trips and quickly respond to delays, route changes, or service issues
• Communicate dispatch instructions, updates, and operational information to drivers
• Assist customers with inquiries and service concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate trip logs, dispatch records, and daily operational reports
• Work closely with operations and customer support teams to improve service efficiency

What We’re Looking for as a Taxi Dispatcher:

• Experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, or fleet coordination preferred
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required

Schedule

• Tuesday–Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
