Taylor Accounting is looking for a part time accounting assistant (10-15 hours/week). Duties would Include: Working with offsite bookkeeper to help categorize transactions Follow up with clients regarding company need to categorize their transactions or access their information Follow up with clients to provide the requested documents Data entry as needed Filing Sales and use Tax returns, as well as other State and local returns Billing current clients Processing payroll through ADP Other duties as they may arise Training is available and some duties will be implemented over time This position has the potential for a paid internship
