Company Description
Our company has a great family atmosphere with an open concept. We have approximately 22 office staff as well as 50 plus operators and laborers. Taylor Manufacturing is a dba of Taylor Machine & Welding, Inc. which has been in business since 1983.
Taylor Machine & Welding, Inc. was founded by Mike Taylor & his late father Ollie Taylor with only two machines in a small shop in South Pittsburg, TN; they quickly found themselves in need to buy more machinery and hire staff. Mike later opened a second business, PMI (Process Metal Inc.) which was a full fabrication company.
In 2016, both companies were growing at rapid speed, so Mike purchased the "old" Lee Building (100.000 square feet), moved the two companies to Stevenson, AL and formed Taylor Manufacturing. His nephew, Cody Taylor now successfully runs the company and has continued to grow and produce record sales.
