Job Description
A LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS IS LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE, HARDWORKING, ANALYTICAL PERSON TO BE A PART OF THE INVENTORY AND ACCOUNTING TEAM IN OUR CORPORATE OFFICE. THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION WITH GREAT POTENTIAL OF ADVANCEMENT WITHIN THE INVENTORY, ACCOUNTING AND PURCHASING DEPARTMENT!
THIS POSITION IS A FULL TIME IN OFFICE ROLE (NOT A REMOTE WORK POSITION).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory adjustments (data entry)
- Physical inventory counts
- Reorder point analytics
- Effective communications with purchasing
- Logistics, planning, & forecasting
- Maintaining organized and accurate spreadsheets
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
