    Job Description

    Taylor Stitch is looking for a full-time Social Digital Designer to join our Creative team, in San Francisco, CA. This role will be responsible for helping bring the Taylor Stitch brand to life across organic and paid digital channels. This role will be responsible for contributing to projects including the development of organic social campaigns, proliferation of digital content, and the management of digital communities. Taylor Stitch launches products each week of the calendar year, so the ability to maintain the brand aesthetic and message, while seamlessly transitioning from collection to collection, is essential.

    The ideal candidate has a passion for editorial design and social media, with his/her eye on the latest digital marketing best practices in a way that continually grows our customer file and brand awareness . Candidates should be able to build organic campaigns within an established brand identity system while always engaging and growing the digital community. Daily projects will include creating social posts, influencer and social community engagement, writing editorial narratives, and collaborating with our Marketing team on larger digital projects.

    Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Maintain the Taylor Stitch tone and voice across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
    • Develop a rich, engaged, and growing community of followers and fans.
    • Create engaging and inventive content across Taylor Stitch’s social platforms that will generate brand engagement and drive ecommerce sales.
    • Manage promotions, competitions, and events marketed across social media.
    • Respond to all comments intelligently, creating dialogue with our community on social media posts and provide support for customer service team.
    • Maintain a social media posting calendar with the goal of hitting growth and engagement KPIs.
    • Test and measure new posting strategies to increase user engagement, such as posting times, content types, etc.
    • Present and communicate ideas, progress, rationale, and process to cross-team stakeholders.
    • Identify new, up-and-coming social media platforms for Taylor Stitch to expand into.
    • Create relationships with others on social channels with the ultimate goal to create opportunities to show other communities the Taylor Stitch brand.
    • Continuously understand the algorithms that drive social channels and demonstrate best practices.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related degree from an accredited college or university.
    • Minimally one year of professional experience (bonus points for startup and DTC consumer experience).
    • Proficiency in social channels included, but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as demonstrated by prior work examples.
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Experience with Google Analytics, specifically tracking social media referral traffic .
    • Excellent writing/grammar skills.
    • Sharp wit and sense of humor.
